Personal data from CV, including contact details, employment history and notice period will be collected by Superyacht Career.  Only workers of Superyacht career will have access to this data as it will be kept on a secure cloud server.

• Inform you on suitable positions we may contact you via phone or email.

• Provide an audit trail of any activity for any record keeping.

• Allow prospective employers to contact you if they deem your CV suitable for a position they are looking to fill

• Send you mailers consisting of relevant content such as industry news and featured jobs where you have consented until you instruct an subscription.

• Be sent outside of the EEA where necessary for certain positions.

 

We believe there to be a legitimate interest for storing emails and contact details to enhance future candidate matching when required by the client Superyacht Career processes client data in order to provide the best service possible.

 

How long will data be stored

Your personal information will be retained by us for as long as necessary to fulfil our obligation to you or as long as required by law. Upon request at any time, you have the right to be removed from the database.

The entire database set is kept at a data centre located in the EEA, any data breaches will be immediately disclosed and resolved.
